Serving Vail Valley Real Estate
Real Estate Has Always Been Part of Tiffany’s Story
Tiffany grew up around Vail Valley real estate long before becoming a broker herself. Her stepfather was a longtime Vail Realtor, while her mother spent more than 40 years with Land Title Guarantee Company. Contracts, closings, neighborhoods, and the evolution of the valley were part of her world from an early age.
Since entering real estate in 2016, Tiffany has built her business around relationships, local knowledge, and thoughtful representation. She understands that buying or selling in a resort market is about much more than a property. It means understanding value, timing, neighborhood dynamics, long-term use, community character, and the realities of mountain living.
Her approach is direct, highly involved, and personal. Clients benefit from someone who knows not only the properties and communities of Eagle County, but also many of the people, policies, and decisions shaping its future.
Guidance Built for Mountain Real Estate
Tiffany works with buyers and sellers across a broad range of Vail Valley real estate, with particular experience in:
- Luxury and resort properties
- Second homes and vacation residences
- Primary homes
- Condominiums and HOA communities
- Land and development considerations
- Local and deed-restricted housing
She holds both the VailPRO and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations and is a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection Specialist.
Her experience as president of her own homeowners association also gives her practical insight into budgeting, reserves, capital planning, property management, contractor coordination, and the shared responsibilities that come with community ownership.

Beyond the Transaction
A Voice in the Future of the Vail Valley
Tiffany’s involvement in real estate extends well beyond individual transactions.
She served as Chair of the Vail Multi-List Service in 2025 and serves as Chair-Elect of the Vail Board of REALTORS® in 2026. Her industry involvement also includes the Vail Board Government Affairs Committee and statewide advisory and legislative policy work through the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.
Tiffany was also appointed to the Eagle County Land Use Regulation Rewrite Advisory Committee, where she contributes a residential real estate perspective to discussions around housing, subdivision, development, site design, private property rights, and the long-term growth of Eagle County.
That involvement gives her clients another layer of perspective: an understanding not only of where the market is today, but of the policies and decisions that can influence where it goes next.
